The Process: What to Expect?

Initial Assessment

Your journey begins with a comprehensive evaluation, including a discussion about your medical history, lifestyle, and specific concerns. This appointment typically lasts 30 minutes.

Casting and Design

If custom orthotics are deemed appropriate, we capture a precise mold of your feet. The design of your orthotics is then tailored to your specific biomechanical needs and footwear preferences.

Fabrication

Our orthotics are crafted in-house using high-quality materials, chosen based on your physical characteristics and requirements. We utilize both vacuum forming and computer numerical control (CNC) milling techniques to ensure precision and durability.

Fitting and Adjustment

Your custom orthotics are fitted to your shoes during a follow-up appointment, usually scheduled one to two weeks after the initial assessment. It may take a week or two to fully adjust to wearing them full-time.
